All items are subject to a shipping charge based on UPS shipping

Returns

To return a purchase to the store (subject to exceptions: see Returns Exceptions below), mail the following articles to the attention of Customer Service at Sunspot Shop:

The item you wish to return
The invoice for that item
All original packaging and accessories

For all payment methods you will be issued credit upon receipt.

Returns Exceptions

Here are the exceptions to our general Returns Policy:

Oversize Items: Some heavy or large items that are identified as oversize on their item pages may be returned subject to a return shipping charge.
Perishable Items : Items that are perishable and those that require special packing and/or refrigeration cannot reasonably sustain the return time period cannot be accepted as returns.

Error-Related Refunds

If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping charges.
